I am not a teacher, rather, I like to say that I am a learning facilitator.

I have been doing instructional design before I even knew what that term meant. I have always been interested in learning new skills and software.
This has led to me being designated as the person to onboard and train new employees, processes or techniques throughout my career.Â
Finally, I thought, why not do this full time? And here I am now, doing what I love - focusing on creating adult learning experiences for various industries/companies.

This means I go into a project and focus on what needs to be done to create a program that is easily adapted and meets the ultimate objectives. From needs analysis, process mapping, design and development- to implementation and program evaluation. Through each iteration of the process, I discover more about the learners and adapt the feedback to improve the learning experience.
